Okay Sassy Gals, we all know what it is like to spend the majority of your day sitting in front of a computer screen. The feeling of being sluggish is to be expected! How can you solve this problem? Below are seven, easy and super sassy tips to adding more exercise to your work day!
Tip 1. Park as far away as possible in your company parking lot. I know, I know it’s “so far!” Ladies, no pain, no gain- we are going to have to make some sacrifices here!
Tip 2. Find yourself a walking buddy and walk around on your lunch. Map out a mile long route close to your work. Fresh air and exercise certainly helps alleviate the stress of work, but also gets your heart rate going!
Tip 3. Three words that every sassy gal dreads…take.the.stairs. I know ladies, they are miserable in those sassy heels, but believe it or not taking the stairs does add some exercise to your day!
